Along those lines, a new book on weight loss and dieting, Always Hungry, focuses on reducing fats and carbohydrates to reset your appetite and help loose weight. In a modified ‘high fat approach’ the author, an expert on metabolism and weight loss explains that being fat makes you eat….not the other way around. It’s too many fat cells sending signals for ‘more food’ that push the overweight ever higher.
